Thank you for shopping at NIUTN. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
The product is in its original packaging.
The product isn't used or damaged.
How to Return Your Product:
Contact us via email at lee@niutn.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for returning the product.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You must send the product in its original packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at lee@niutn.com. Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
